SD-WAN as an example enables application-aware routing and can perform better load-sharing/utilization than traditional network.. C sounds wrong, while IT systems can interface with a central controller, this doesn't centralize IT systems.. difficult one, not sure..
Not quite sure about the C. intelligent software driven approach might improve available bandwidth by overcoming limitation of traditional routing protocols. I would say B and E.
Well it doesn't improve bandwidth USAGE but AVAILABILITY, still don't think C is quite right either.
