A & C: Priority queue is for jitter intolerant application like Voip. Voip can tolerate packet small amount of packet loss as it doesn't need to re-transmit (UDP). Better to lose packet than for it to be delayed.
I feel the HTTP comment is mis-leading but priority gets serviced before other queues so you don't want large packets placed in that queue and Voice bearer traffic is UDP which is normally placed in that queue so 'E' is out.

Could be, like the VoIP which has tolerance to packet drop but no to jitter
