B seems correct. From a CCSE courseware manual: “Use the following command to configure Multi-Queue on supported interfaces: cpmq set. The command will display all supported interfaces that are active and allow changes to be made to the Multi-Queue configuration for each interface. It is important to reboot the gateway after changing the Multi-Queue configuration. A maximum of five interfaces can be configured. The following command shows the Multi-Queue status of supported interfaces: cpmq get.”
Also, from CLI reference guide, 'mq_mng --show' would only show the current config.
