set config-lock on override and lock databse override are both valid commands and are effectively the same: https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R81/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R81_Gaia_AdminGuide/Topics-GAG/Configuration-Locks.htm The WebUI does have a lock icon which can be clicked to acquire the database lock. Therefore, only C is correct even if it is a multiple choice question.

Note ""What are NOT possible..." I think it is a multiple answer question and therefore A + C would be right combination IMHO.
