Correct answer is A. From sk138672: (1) Introduction Management Data Plane Separation allows a Security Gateway to have isolated Management and Data networks. The network system of each domain (plane) is independent and includes interfaces, routes, sockets, and processes. The question is asking which one is true, and in reality both A and B are true, only A refers to a true statement for the question as a whole.

Apologize, B is correct. The SK article says that each domain is "independent" and the answer A says "dependent". Its a bad worded question trying to trick you. So B is correct.
