I still believe Manual-General is correct for R80.20sp which is what this exam is based on. If you watch the jump start vids you will also see this.

B is correct

Answer is B. R80.20SP uses General as default. R80.30SP and R81.10 uses Auto-topology as default. Manual-General means its manually configured as General. Therefore, not default. Answer is B. C is correct for R80.20SP, however if NAT is used this should be changed to auto-topology.
