A -- you don't indicate log implied rules in the track column B -- there is no such thing as FULL LOG D -- It says why can Jorge not see ANY logs, not why can he not see implied rule logs (which would make D correct). It has to be C, although there are a TON of other reasons why he may not see any logs...but this is IL translation...
