Where can administrator edit a list of trusted SmartConsole clients?
A.
cpconfig on a Security Management Server, in the WebUI logged into a Security Management Server.
B.
In cpconfig on a Security Management Server, in the WebUI logged into a Security Management Server, in SmartConsole: Manage and Settings > Permissions and Administrators > Advanced > Trusted Clients.
C.

D.
Only using SmartConsole: Manage and Settings > Permissions and Administrators > Advanced > Trusted Clients.
In SmartConsole, go to Manage & Settings > Permissions & Administrators > Trusted Clients.

looks like D:

Looks like option D
https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R81/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R81_SecurityManagement_AdminGuide/Topics-SECMG/Defining-Trusted-Clients.htm#:~:text=trusted%20client%20settings-,In%20SmartConsole%2C%20go%20to%20Manage%20%26%20Settings%20%3E%20Permissions%20%26%20Administrators,change%20the%20settings%20as%20needed.
Bottom of that link says:
Note - Administrators can also configure the GUI Clients in the Check Point Configuration Tool on the Security Management ServerClosed (see cpconfig).
On cpconfig page:
GUI Clients - Configures the GUI clients that can use SmartConsoleClosed to connect to this server.
Should be B I think
Is no-one reading the question? It is surely D!
Where can administrator edit a list of trusted SmartConsole clients?
SMARTCONSOLE Clients. This cannot be done with cpconfig full stop. We are not restricting access to GAIA Web UI, we are restricting access to Smart Console. This can only be done in Smart Console
it's totally B:
for webui and cli you can find it here https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R81/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R81_Gaia_AdminGuide/Topics-GAG/GUI-Clients.htm
and for the smartconsole here:
https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R81/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R81_SecurityManagement_AdminGuide/Topics-SECMG/Defining-Trusted-Clients.htm
So the answer is D: the question is where you edit a list of trusted SmartConsole Clients.
As per your links, SmartConsole clients cannot be added/deleted or changed from https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R81/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R81_Gaia_AdminGuide/Topics-GAG/GUI-Clients.htm.
None of the answers is correct. There are 2 places where you can configure the trusted clients for SmartConsole, 1 via SmartConsole, 2 via cpconfig/mdsconfig. The webUI doesn't give you the option to do so.
It's B

Note - Administrators can also configure the GUI Clients in the Check Point Configuration Tool on the Security Management ServerClosed (see cpconfig).
