from CCSE R80 guide: To configure a proxy ARP: 1. Match the IP addresses of the relevant hosts on the internal network to the MAC address of the Security Gateway on the external network. This is saved in the $FWDIR/conf/local.arp file. 2. Create the relevant Manual NAT rules. 3. Install the Security Policy.
