from CCSE R80 guide: In R80.10, the IPS Software Blade is managed by the Threat Prevention policy. As part of the unified Threat Prevention policy, IPS allows more granularity with multiple protection profiles per gateway. IPS protections are immediately enforced on network traffic when a Threat Prevention policy is installed on the Security Gateways. Threat Prevention profiles determine which protections are activated.
