Mobile Access Blade falls under the Shared Policy... And is edited via the SmartDashboard.

A is correct. On R80.x gateways, there are different policy options: Unified Access Policy- Configure all rules for the gateway in the unified Access Control Policy. This option is only available for R80.x gateways. See Mobile Access and the Unified Access Policy. Legacy Policy - Configure all rules for the gateway in the shared Mobile Access Policy in the R80 SmartDashboard. This option is available for R80.x gateways and pre-R80 gateways and is the default for all gateways.

Answer not listed .Mobile access is in Shared Polices tab and you can configure it in SmartDashboard.
