Check Point Management (cpm) is the main management process in that it provides the architecture for a consolidated management console. It empowers the migration from legacy Client-side logic to Server-side logic. The cpm process:
A.
Allow GUI Client and management server to communicate via TCP Port 19001
B.
Allow GUI Client and management server to communicate via TCP Port 18191
C.
Performs database tasks such as creating, deleting, and modifying objects and compiling policy.
D.
Performs database tasks such as creating, deleting, and modifying objects and compiling as well as policy code generation.

"3) FWM process is responsible for code generation and compilation. For example, the process reads the policy from „$FWDIR/conf/Standard.W“ and other files and use them for the policy verification and conversion. The FWM process performs verification and conversion of the files and database information for the installation targets for which policy installation is requested." SO answer is D
Ignore this remark about D being correct, reading all the info on that community link makes me think answer C is still the best answer for process CPM. I got confused by the quote "verification and compilation stages are performed by the FWM and in the future by CPM process".
