Seems this is an outdated question, since "Hide" option was in fact possible in R77 but this functionality has not been passed on to R80: https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/Security-Management/How-to-hide-rules-in-policy/td-p/16950

Actually you can hide one or more rules residing in a section title - just toggle the containing section title by pressing the little arrow on the left. So the correct answer is indeed C.

It is not possible to hide a rule and there is nothing related to POP3 in global properties, so the only reasonable option seems to be D.

There is an option to hide rule - using SmartDashboard - "When working on a large rule base, you may be distracted by extra rules. SmartDashboard allows you to hide the rules from viewing, while still enforcing them. Contrast this with disabling or deleting a rule, which stops the rule from being processed. You can hide a rule from view by highlighting it and selecting Rules, Hide, Hide. Rules can be unhidden through Rules, Hide, Unhide. Your link is pretty obsolete (2005). We use Smart Console for rulebase management, not Smart Dasboard.

I didn't find something to hide a rule in SmartConsole expected to create section and hide it like this.
