The best answer is A. Rule is locked by AdminA and will be made available if the session is published.
When a rule is locked in SmartConsole, it indicates that another administrator (in this case, AdminA) is currently editing that rule. The rule will remain locked until AdminA publishes their session, making the changes available to other administrators.
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
