D) is correct answer because Appliance A has 1 downlink. Appliance B has 2 downlinks. The total number of downlinks is 1 + 2 = 3. To calculate the proportion of traffic distribution: Appliance A will handle 1/3 of the traffic. Appliance B will handle 2/3 of the traffic. So, the proportion of traffic distribution done by the Orchestrator would be: Appliance A: 33.33% Appliance B: 66.67%
