This domain is used as Global database for MDS and contain global objects and policies From CCMS (Multi-Domain Server), R80.x ,p22: The Global Domain Database: A Global Domain is automatically created when MDSM is installed. It is a global collection of rules, objects and settings which are shared with each domain or with specified domains. It also contains Global IPS configurations and VPN objects/communities.

The Global Domain is a collection of rules, objects and settings shared with all Domains or with specific Domains. The system automatically creates the Global Domain when you install Multi-Domain Management. You cannot delete the Global Domain.
