Static NAT provides a one-to-one mapping between an internal IP address and an external IP address, allowing both incoming and outgoing connections. Hide NAT, on the other hand, allows multiple internal IP addresses to share a single external IP address for outgoing connections only, hiding the internal IP addresses from external networks.
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
