cpsemd The cpsemd process is responsible for logging into the SmartEvent GUI. It is dependent on the state of the PostgreSQL database. If the cpsemd has crashed or is not coming up, determine if PostgreSQL is up and running. The cpsemd process is only available on servers with SmartEvent enabled. The running status of this module is seen in the cpwd_admin list as the APP: CPSEMD
