CCTE R81.20, P237: The first step to resolve a process freeze with the least amount of impact is to reboot (restart) the entire system. ln situations where rebooting the entire system is not an immediate option, restart the user mode process manually, then schedule a reboot at the earliest possible opportunity. If a system reboot does not resolve the issue, there might be more serious issues. Contact Check Point Support for assistance.

Page 229 of the book, section Remedies: "The resolve a process freeze with the least amont of impact, perform a reboot to restart the entire system. In situations where performing a reboot is not an immediate option, restart the User mode process as a workaround and then reschedule a reboot of the server at the earliest possible opportunity". (yes, the first "The" should be "To").
