Answer could be C: Changing Uplink to Downlink should still cause a speed mismatch. While not ideal, changing the backplate speed to match the 10Gb of the 10Gb downlink port of the MHO-140 would be the only answer that would allow it to connect properly. Please correct me if I am wrong.
