not sure about the answer, as looking to my firewall setup (threat prevention profiles): there are the options: detect, prevent, inactive and ask not bypass, not inspect if bypass = inactive and inspect = detect or prevent then everything could be correct ... For https inspection, there is only inspect/bypass !
