In the ITSIMM 5-57, states that intrabuilding building cables under stress are at 15 times the OD.

it does but the reel needs to be 15x the diameter of the cable and the bend while its been pulled into the shaft is 10. so 10x for the pull and 15x for the reel. thats how im taking it.
