TDMM page 3-56 (329) Table 3.5 Enviromental control systems standards for Equipment Rooms. The recommended temperature range listed is ~18 degrees to ~27 degrees celsius (64F-81F). Sixty percent relativity humidity is maximum with a dew point range of ~5.5 degrees celsius (15F) (range 42F-59F) TDMM page 19-4 (1456) Temperature and humidity in the TDR shall be controlled to an operating range of 18 to 24 degrees celsius (64F-75F) with 30 to 55 percent relativity humidity.

Agree with the humidity but not the temp. That is for TEC in Health Care. 77ºF is the optimal temperature for a batteries.
