In fact the command is traceSBC if you've logged-in with root account otherwise if you've logged-in with the ipcs account the command should be sudo traceSBC
On SBCE would also use PuTTY but command is traceSBC not traceSM
traceSM would be run on the Session Manager simultaneously to get full scope for troubleshooting.
