I believe C is the correct answer. It is the supplier's responsibility to improve their processes and decrease variation. What you can do is conduct regular audits, identify gaps, request an action plan, and follow up regularly. If the supplier needs help with implementation, such as SPC other tools, the SQ team can provide training and guidance. Therefore, conducting audits and developing an action plan is the best course of action.
