A, C are the correct answers. You're not allowed to ask about arrests but are allowed to ask about prior convictions, as you've been proven guilty and are no longer innocent. Civil Rights Act of 1964, strictly prohibits asking questions regarding age.

It means you are allowed to ask about CONVICTIONS but you cannot ask about arrests.

being arrested is not the same as having been convicted, in the first case you could have been innocent.

Both are different Question 27 - Not prohibited to ask and Question 50 - Prohibited to ask So Q27 - asking about conviction is not prohibited Q50 - Asking about arrest is prohibited

Question # 27 and # 50 is the same but answer are two different, both answer supposed to be either Arrest or Conviction
