Materialized View is the correct answer. Because the question mentions refresh window of 2 hours we can assume its directly referring to a materialized view's ability to update at intervals. That being said you could also create a read only table that is updated via a stored procedure. As Materialized views are not support in the default MariaDB but they would be supported in something like Postgres
