Selected Answer: D
Unresolved conflicts from the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process will result in senior management resolution. The purpose of S&OP is to align demand and supply plans to meet overall business objectives. Conflicts can arise when there are disagreements between the sales and operations teams on the feasibility of the plans or the priorities of the business. When these conflicts cannot be resolved through normal channels, they will be escalated to senior management for resolution.

I have no idea how A could be the answer. None of the answers seem great but I am leaning toward D.
