I think the priority should be to stop selling faulty products. so to stop sending inventory faulty products outside, so separate the faulty products from inventory and then follow the sequence proposed B, C, A, D
Wouldn't you need to separate the non-conforming product first? Or is this supposed to be the issue is caught in inspection before it makes it to production?
