A manufacturing site business continuity plan (BCP) outlines strategies to maintain operations during and after disruptions, ensuring production, supply chains, and operational resilience, and protecting employees, operations, and assets. It includes risk assessments, impact analyses, and protocols for disaster prevention, mitigation, and recovery.
A is the answer. Incidents/events doesn’t necessarily require update to BCP but rather implementation. Increase capacity and consolidation will surely require revisitation/ update to BCP.
A major renovation and asset consolidation program could significantly change the site's infrastructure, resources, and operational processes. As a result, it's important to update the business continuity plan to ensure it remains relevant and effective in managing potential risks and disruptions in the new operational context.
