Correct answer is D. There is no way to copy or import AWS managed key to another region/account, all other answers are ruled out!

If so, use the Amazon RDS console to copy the DB snapshot to that AWS Region. For information about copying a DB snapshot, see Copying a DB snapshot. C is the only way to avoid interruption
