A - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/EBSSnapshots.html
B - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ebs-creating-snapshot.html
A&B.
D is incorrect: "Amazon EBS provides the ability to create snapshots (backups) of any EBS volume and write a copy of the data in the volume to Amazon S3, where it is stored redundantly in multiple Availability Zones.". It's different with detach/attach EBS.
For A, For first time , It will have full set, But for incremental snapshots, it will be having only modified blocks.
For D : Volume can be created from the snapshot to mount into another one Az. hence D is not considered.
