C. Rotate credentials on a regular basis. E. Configure multi-factor authentication (MFA). AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) enables you to securely control access to AWS services and resources for your users. Here are some best practices for using IAM: C. Rotate credentials on a regular basis: AWS recommends rotating credentials (access keys, passwords, and access tokens) every 90 days. This helps to ensure that even if a set of credentials is compromised, an attacker will only have access for a limited period of time. E. Configure multi-factor authentication (MFA): Enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for privileged users and roles can help to protect against unauthorized access, even if a user's password or access keys are compromised.

C. Rotate credentials on a regular basis: AWS recommends regularly rotating access keys, passwords, and other credentials to enhance security. E. Configure multi-factor authentication (MFA): Enabling MFA adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to provide an additional piece of information (usually a temporary code from a mobile device or hardware token) along with their regular password.

C&E https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_credentials_access-keys.html#Using_RotateAccessKey You should follow the AWS best practice of periodically changing your password and AWS access keys. In AWS, you change access keys by rotating them. This means that you create a new one, configure your applications to use the new key, and then delete the old one. You are allowed to have two access key pairs active at the same time for just this reason. For more information, see Rotating access keys.
