Amazon EC2 Savings Plans enable you to reduce your compute costs by committing to a consistent amount of compute usage for a 1-year or 3-year term. This results in savings of up to 72% over On-Demand Instance costs. Any usage up to the commitment is charged at the discounted Savings Plan rate (for example, $10 an hour). Any usage beyond the commitment is charged at regular On-Demand Instance rates.

With savings plan there comes a commitment of consistent amount of compute usage of the instance which is measured per and there is no configuration specification whereas in reserved instance it is basically capacity reservation . https://docs.aws.amazon.com/savingsplans/latest/userguide/sp-ris.html

The answer is Savings Plan since their are hints in the question and the eliminatio approach here is Spot instance - cant be used as the application should be up all the time Dedicated hosts - ccant be used as it wont be cost effective On - demand instance - not a best suitable option as for 1 year term on demand is not an cost effective choice . Although there is no gurantee of hourly spending but with savings plan we also need to give an hourly commitment https://docs.aws.amazon.com/wellarchitected/latest/cost-optimization-pillar/select-the-best-pricing-model.html

saving plans -- the absence of "reserved instances" in options makes this choice an easy one.

Commitment focus Reserved Instances are built on the commitment to utilize an instance at a specific price over a specific term. Whereas, Savings Plans are built on the commitment to spend a specified dollar amount per hour over a defined period. you can check this link for more details: https://www.nops.io/blog/aws-savings-plan-vs-reserved-instances/

D. Las instancias bajo demanda son la opción más rentable para ejecutar una aplicación nueva de la cual no conocemos sus requerimientos en el futuro.

If it was `AWS Partner Network (APN)` B could be another correct answer. There is no service or feature named as `AWS Consulting Partners` so I would not select B. `AWS Managed Services` is the answer and it helps the companies with the migration. https://aws.amazon.com/managed-services/

Savings Plans are a flexible and cost-effective pricing model offered by AWS. By purchasing Savings Plans, the company can commit to a specific amount of compute usage (measured in dollars per hour) over a one- or three-year term. This allows them to receive significant discounts on their EC2 instance usage compared to On-Demand Instances. Savings Plans provide flexibility in terms of instance type, family, region, and operating system. They apply to EC2 usage regardless of instance size or availability zone, giving the company the freedom to choose the instances that best meet their application requirements.
