Quicksight for sure. Check the link below. In addition I did a lab last week doing exactly what this scenario talks about.

Amazon QuickSight: QuickSight is a fast, cloud-powered business intelligence service that makes it easy to build visualizations, perform ad-hoc analysis, and quickly get business insights from your data. I think the correct answer is B. With Amazon Athena you can query your data, but, as far as I know, you cannot generate a visual report (unless we consider a visual report the output of some queries...).
From AWS web-site:
Amazon Athena is a serverless query service that you can use to analyze the data from your AWS Cost and Usage Reports (AWS CUR) in Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) using standard SQL. This helps you avoid having to create your own data warehouse solutions to query AWS CUR data.
according to this source:
https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/mt/use-amazon-athena-and-amazon-quicksight-to-build-custom-reports-of-aws-well-architected-reviews/
* Amazon Athena is then used for data preparation tasks like building views of the workload report data.
* Amazon QuickSight can now query and build visualizations to discover insights into your Well-Architected Reviews.
the question is about actually creating the reports... not query them. so I think it's A. Amazon Antenna
