B is correct. Cloudwatch agent can be installed on EC2 and on-prem. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/Install-CloudWatch-Agent.html

Ans:B Cloudwatch agent can sent custom metrics from both EC2 and on premise servers.
