A. Enable detailed monitoring on the instance within Amazon CloudWatch: By enabling detailed monitoring for the EC2 instances, you can collect more granular data at a 1-minute frequency, as opposed to the standard 5-minute frequency. This additional data granularity will be useful for monitoring memory-intensive applications that might experience rapid fluctuations in memory utilization. C. Install Amazon CloudWatch agent to track memory metrics: The Amazon CloudWatch agent is a software application that can be installed on an EC2 instance to collect and send metrics, logs, and events to CloudWatch. By installing the CloudWatch agent on each EC2 instance running the memory-intensive application, you can gather specific memory metrics and other relevant system-level information to monitor and analyze the performance of the application.

A and E should be the correct. Amazon Linux OS should have Cloudwatch installed by default from what I understood.

A is incorrect. You enable detailed monitoring on the instance. Even if you enable detail monitoring for instance, it doesn't help the MemoryUtilization metric. So C & E is the best choices although E is not very clear that use CloudWatch Logs.
