50Mbps = 6.25 MBPS = 22GB per hour = 540 (.5TB) per day. 30TB / .5 = 60 days... Snowball is the only option here

it is D . Since there is no online data to sync , snowball is best option. Also with 50Mbs you can able to transfer 7Tb only in 14 days.
