The question is not precise. If it's asking about the Cluster Placement group the answer would be A, but for other Placement Groups, the options are not valid.

The question is not precise. If it's asking about Cluster Placement group the answer is ok, however for Spread Placement Groups it's incorrect as the can span multiple AZs.

I agree, Spread Placement Group can span multiple AZs, so I did not understand this question.
