Almost got caught out with this on. On first glance, I thought it was AWS Elastic Transcoder. Just keep in mind, Transcoding is for videos

Glacier is for cold storage, Transcoder is sorely for video, SNS is for notification, hence only SQS could help in processing fragments by fragments information for the application. So the answer is D

S3 is a storage service, not an image enhancing service. Question is fundamentally wrong.
