Should be B. As per https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/placement-groups.html , instances in the same cluster placement group enjoy a higher per-flow throughput limit for TCP/IP traffic and are placed in the same high-bisection bandwidth segment of the network.

A: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sap/latest/sap-hana/ena-express-sap-hana.html. Given this is a recent "Amazon EC2 instances now support ENA Express, allowing a single flow bandwidth of up to 25 Gbps between instances, without requiring a cluster placement group." makes the most sense.
