I am not sure what is the 3rd option! if it was "F" then the auditor should be denied in ALL accounts! "The auditor is having trouble accessing some of the accounts"

I think the language used in the question "...IAM rols have been created in each account" indicates that there could have been a mistake in those accounts when configuring the role which resulted in a typo of the ARN. Hence why auditor may not be able to acess some of the accounts. A human errror when making the role policies multiple times.

B &E, if its due to external ID or secret key used by auditor, then access to all accounts shd be affected. D, ec2 is irrelevant in account access.
