This question asks us to guess Netflix subscription model in 2 mins! lol! BCD are impractical for geo restrictions as you cannot restrict URL by region and you cannot encrypt by geo region (country etc)

How is signed URL going to be geo restricted? Anyone with signed url can access the content on that url regardless of their location so B is wrong.
