Selected Answer: B
To meet the requirements of aggregating CPU utilization for EC2 instances in multiple AWS Regions onto a single CloudWatch dashboard, the SysOps Administrator can create a custom CloudWatch dashboard and add a widget for each region in the AWS Management Console.

Ans B Cross-Region Functionality Cross-Region functionality is now built-in automatically. You do not need to take any extra steps to be able to display metrics from different Regions in a single account on the same graph or the same dashboard. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/Cross-Account-Cross-Region.html

Ans is C. Multi Region on a single Dashboard. Now cross accounts and cross region dashboards are supported. This is very new and maybe the question was before this new feature was introduced. https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/cross-account-cross-region-dashboards-with-amazon-cloudwatch/

Ans should be C. Posted On: Nov 8, 2019 Amazon CloudWatch now includes cross-account cross-region dashboards, which enable you to create high level operational dashboards, and with one click, drill down into more specific dashboards in different AWS accounts without having to log in and out of different accounts or switch AWS Regions. It is intended for centralized operations teams, DevOps engineers, and service owners who need to monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze applications running in multiple regions and accounts. The ability to visualize, aggregate, and summarize performance and operational data across accounts and Regions helps reduce mean time to resolution. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-security-groups.html

The question does not mention anything about multiple accounts.. Cloudwatch dashboards already supports multi region. The feature that you have mentioned is quite new and yes its valid but i dont see a mention of multiple accounts hence my answer will be B
