I think this is not correct.
OSPFv3 LSA types state that AS Externals are originated by ASBRs, describing the destinations external to the AS. Since it's in the same routing domain, than, the correct answer appears to be the Inter-Area Prefix LSA, where it is stated that these LSA Types are originated by the ABR to specify IPv6 prefixes that belong to other areas.
So IMO, D appears to be the correct answer.

For Stub areas, the Inter-area Prefix LSA is used to describe a default route. The prefix length of the default route is set to 0.
