/19 is wildcard od 0.0.31.255 -> 13 last bits
/20 is wildcard of 0.0.15.255 -> 12 last bits
192.168.32.0/19 covers hosts between 192.168.31.1 - 192.168.63.254
192.168.64.0/20 covers hosts between 192.168.64.1 - 192.168.79.254
We need to have hosts to that number. and now:
192.168.0.0/17 covers hosts 192.168.0.1 - 192.168.127.254 (All hosts covered from the above)
192.168.0.0/19 covers hosts 192.168.0.1 - 192.168.31.254 (None covered)
192.168.96.0/19 covers hosts 192.168.96.1 - 192.168.127.254 (None covered)
192.168.0.0/18 covers hosts 192.168.0.1 - 192.168.63.254 (Only first prefix is covered).
Hence only A covers all the hosts.
