It's B because you take off what is after the semicolon (;). Everything after the semicolon is not included in the code for B

After reviewing the following excerpt from CPT, code 27646 would be interpreted as : 27645. Radical resection of tumor, tibia 27646. Fibula 27647. Talus or calcaneus Looks like the numbers in the box are incorrect.
