Does not work interface well with terminology for end users. Reimbursement may be inaccurate

SNOMED stands for Systemized Nomenclature of Medicine. Created by CAP (College of American Pathologists) in 1973, allows consistent way to index, store and retrieve data across the specialties and sites of care. Please comment further about this. Thanks
