The correct answer is: A. Set the category's “Anchor” display setting to “yes”. Explanation: In many e-commerce platforms (such as Magento), setting the category's "Anchor" attribute to "Yes" allows layered navigation filtering by attributes within that category. This enables customers to filter products by various attributes, such as color, size, or brand, within the category's product listings. The other options do not directly affect filtering by attribute: B. "With layered navigation": This option is often related to displaying both product listings and navigation links, but it does not specifically enable filtering by attribute. C. "Filtering by attribute is enabled for every category automatically": This is not correct, as attribute-based filtering typically requires enabling the "Anchor" setting in each specific category where filtering is desired.

A is the correct answer. "If is_anchor = yes, all the products for the current category and all children categories display, *along with the layered navigation if filterable attributes are setup allowing you to filter the products.*" https://magento.stackexchange.com/a/311673

B. Select “With layered navigation” from the category's display mode. To enable filtering by attribute in the category's layered navigation in Magento, you need to select the display mode "With layered navigation" for the category. This can be done in the Magento Admin Panel: Navigate to Catalog > Categories. Select the category for which you want to enable layered navigation. In the Display Settings tab, set the Display Mode to "Products only" or "Static Block only". Choose With layered navigation from the Anchor dropdown.
