from 1st stage of lesion on lower leg , the surgeon divided the lesion into 6 tissue blocks. code 17311 can be coded only for first stage, up to 5 tissue blocks. additional tissue block (1) should be coded with 17315 (additional block after first 5 tissue blocks).
